Inconel 600 (UNS N06600) seamless and welded pipes are widely specified for thermal processing equipment, chemical processing vessels, nuclear power plants, and furnace components. Due to its high nickel content, the alloy provides virtual immunity to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking and offers excellent resistance to dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride gases at elevated temperatures.
