Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800) seamless and welded pipes are primary engineering solutions for steam superheaters, chemical reformers, ethylene pyrolysis tubing, electric heating element sheathing, and power plant heat exchangers. The controlled balance of nickel, iron, and chromium prevents sigma-phase embrittlement after long-term service under high-temperature thermal cycling.
